Our production takes place in modern halls with a total area of 7,500 m², where all key processes — from wood drying to final finishing — are combined in one location. We produce over 8,000 m³ of sawn wood and more than 1.5 million linear meters of finished products annually, ensuring reliability and high flexibility for both small projects and large serial orders.

We make full use of wood. Waste is processed into pellets, and part of the energy comes from our own solar power plant. We use water-based adhesives that are safe for both the environment and employees.

From lamella to final profile

With a modern machine park, robotics, and artificial intelligence, we control every step – from the incoming lamella to the final finishing stage.

Each production stage is supported by advanced technology ensuring precision, repeatability, and top-quality finished products.

Local wood from verified sources

Raw sawn lamellas in dimensions 31×80 mm, 31×90 mm, and 31×120 mm are sourced from carefully selected sawmills and fully processed in-house.

Drying and preparation of wood

The wood is first dried in our own drying kilns, then planed, sorted, and prepared for further processing.

Scanning and optimal cutting

A key step is the integrated saw scanner with artificial intelligence that detects defects and optimizes the cut. This ensures maximum material utilization and uniform quality.

Finger-joining

Shorter pieces are joined lengthwise with a precision finger-jointing machine, producing longer battens of consistent quality.

Planing and preparation for gluing

Wood is machined to the required dimensions and surface-prepared for gluing.

Gluing and final processing

Elements are laminated into multilayer profiles according to specifications and then finished according to the customer’s individual requirements.
